Article : Good morning, Monday Management solution for TASK 203- In everyday life when we see so many brand logos, we appreciate few and others vanish from our mind.

In this part of our TASK and Solution article now we will discuss on few famous logos and their successful part. We have taken few examples like IT services industry and Three products industry brands. In everyday life when we see so many brand logos, we appreciate few and others vanish from our mind. Have you wondered what makes a logo creative that will stay in the minds of people and doesn’t vanish?

1. Google-Google logo represents all the positive, energetic, and young forces. It’s simple, brief, and powerful. The very first impression of the Google logo is that it is simple and colorful Brands collect all information from data online, sorts and display them to the users of Google results. Irrespective of colour, race and area it treats users equally.

If we ignore all colours, only the simple word” G” is visible, which is its theme. In real life also we are bombarded with much information, but we urgently need a convenient service to sort data and provide what we need most. That’s what Google does! Google doesn’t use any art fonts that are hard to read. Instead, all Google logo fonts are straightforward.

2. Apple- It all started with a fruit Apple, the falling fruit that led Isaac Newton to discover the gravity concept. The main idea behind Apple is bringing simplicity to the public, with the most sophisticated way. It was simple but strong and with changing the evolution of logos from 1976 till today thought it brought variations in its colours, but the shape of the logo remained untouched.

When Apple came up with its first-ever iMac, the Bond Blue, the logo was modified and its rainbow colours disregarded. They thought that the rainbow-coloured logo would have looked childish, silly, and out of place on the sky-blue computer. The logo then designed with a luxurious metallic look with embossing. The “Glass” themed logo design was the next evolution for the logo. Now the company uses a more modernized flat “Millennial” Apple logo. It matches the personality of the brand when we think of Apple’s products; we think of words like accessible, sleek, and intelligent. The logo bridges age-old, earthy wisdom with what is contemporary, ever-changing and transient. It reads like a promise. The logo conveys just that.

3. McDonalds The McDonald’s logo, also known as the “Golden Arches”, was inspired by the real golden arches that were part of the fast-food chain’s original restaurant design. The logo design brings together the two arches that adorned the restaurant chains and turns it into a letter mark logo, an “M”. Over its signature red background, the iconic golden arches logo drives the “‘50s drive-in” aesthetic of the chain. It’s an image that’s synchronous with the McDonalds brand, because they’ve used it just about everywhere and anywhere. It’s on their packaging, uniforms, physical buildings, adverts—any type of communications that involve McDonalds, involve this logo. The lesson? Be consistent.

4.Starbucks The inspiration behind the “Starbucks Siren” emblem logo design is very much based in epics and myth-making; the founders chose the name Starbucks based on Moby Dick’s most sensible character, Starbuck. From then on, they are said to have gone through old marine books to find a mythical creature that they felt represented their company, a siren. These nautical references are also harmonious with the company’s birthplace and the major port city, Seattle.

Incorporating niche characters into a logo gives personality and warmth to the design. It creates a deeper, richer brand persona to help your audiences connect and remember you. It could be a good idea to think about books you’ve read over the years—would any of the characters relate to or symbolize your brand in some way? It might just be one aspect of their personality that your brand shares in its values that you’re looking for. As we see in the Starbucks logo, using cultural references in designs make some of the most memorable logos.

End point- Although a logo is only one of the elements of branding, it will most likely appear on the majority of touchpoints with customers and other stakeholders, such as the website, brochures, stationery, product, packaging, ads, uniforms, stores, and so on. A logo can therefore be considered as one of the main graphic elements that allow people to quickly identify an organization, its products, and services. And quite often, it will be the first thing people will use to identify you.
