In US markets major global ice cream brand manufacturers were jolted when Six years back an Ice cream Brand manufacturer from Los Angeles has marketed new health-conscious ice creams, its souring sales made even the retailers turn away major ice cream brands in favor of artisanal insurgents promising greater authenticity. That brand’s dominant sales have lowered the sales of other major global ice cream manufacturers in the region that resulted in launch of a new division of health conscious ice creams by a largest global ice creams manufacturer.

Every One loves ice creams and internationally ice creams are one of the most irresistible fun food offering unusual flavors apart from traditional classic flavors for the consumers palate. Ice creams consumption is impulsive and could be as flavored, differently packed or scoops or added with nuts or sweet desserts and or choco or gelato toppings. All over the globe common flavors are vanilla, fruit flavors, peanut butter and chocolate chip varieties. Due to the product attribute and consumers impulsive consumption, Ice-cream brand manufacturers mainly focus on flavor, texture, packaging and servings for consumer brand/product indulgence.
